How do I get an estimate for my Sarang home?+
Share your home details, scope, budget and floor plan through our short estimate form. We will review it before preparing a preliminary estimate.
What materials do you use?+
The proposed baseline includes specified Century plywood, HDHMR shutters, approved laminates and named hardware. Your final quotation records exact brands and series.
Can I verify the materials before production?+
Yes. Material verification is a defined milestone before the production-stage payment.
What is the payment schedule?+
Payments are tied to booking, material verification, carcass completion, finishing progress and handover. The exact schedule appears in your signed quotation.
What does the 15-year woodwork warranty cover?+
Coverage depends on the written warranty document and specified materials. Review inclusions, exclusions and care obligations before signing.
Is completion guaranteed within 45 days?+
No blanket guarantee is implied. Forty-five days is the planned modular-interior timeline after design freeze, site readiness, material approval and payment clearance.
What could extend the execution timeline?+
Civil work, custom furniture, design changes, client-selection delays, building permissions and non-standard work can extend the timeline.
Can I visit a completed project?+
Yes, when an appropriate project and homeowner permission are available. You may also request an ongoing-site, factory, studio or video visit.
Do you provide only the kitchen or selected rooms?+
Yes. Selected-room scopes are available alongside complete-home interiors.
Do you manage false ceiling, lights, painting and civil work?+
These can be included when documented in the agreed scope and quotation.
What is included in the early-bird offer?+
Eligibility and inclusions depend on the confirmed project scope and value. The final signed quotation prevails.
How does the referral benefit work?+
The referral must be registered before the referred homeowner books, and eligibility is confirmed in writing.
